As Lead Instructional Designer and Developer, I led the end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of this learning solution. The program earned Brandon Hall Awards two years in a row, recognizing its instructional quality and measurable impact.

  • Instructional Design: Applied evidence-based methodologies using a hybrid ADDIE + SAM approach to balance structure with rapid iteration.

  • Brand & Tone Alignment: Ensured all content and visuals aligned with the organization’s voice, visual identity, and values.

  • E-Learning Development: Built interactive, SCORM-compliant modules in Articulate Storyline 360, incorporating custom animations and gamified elements.

  • Visual, UX & LMS Integration: Designed intuitive UI and visuals, led LMS deployment, and implemented analytics to track engagement, effectiveness, and ROI.
